Very thorough. I came to the sessions with no idea about design thinking, and now I believe I could have an intelligent conversation on the subject.
This training was great, and the fact that others participated in conversations and exercises was wonderful. The instructor encouraged conversations and thought during the three days, which I think was key to our success.
This course way exceeded my expectations. I was prepared for a full day of boring, being talked at about things I already studied, but Erik made it very dynamic and interactive, and I did learn new things.
